National Aboriginal Day

Venue / Location: Riding Mountain National Park

Held on the summer solstice, this is a special day to celebrate the unique heritage, cultures and contributions of First Nations, Inuit and Métis people in Canada. At 10:00 a.m., events will be held in and around the RMNP Visitor Centre, including bannock making, traditional crafts and drumming. At noon, a PowWow Celebration will take place at the Clear Lake Bandstand.
